At Apna Mart, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan. Please read our shipping policy carefully.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan.

Orders are shipped to residential and commercial addresses only.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Major Cities: 2–4 working days

Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly shown at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply depending on location and order value.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Apna Mart offers Cash on Delivery in most cities of Pakistan.

Customers are requested to keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.

You can track your order through the courier’s tracking system.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Apna Mart is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect addresses, or customer unavailability.

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, re-delivery may be scheduled or the order may be canceled.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures or proof.

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

9. Change of Address

Address changes are only possible before order dispatch.
